FZMMOAttributesSnapshot ganha BaseExpToNext/JobExpToNext espelhando o wire do
server. ApplySnapshot liga ExpBar/JobBar pelo ratio (exp / exp-to-next) e os
readouts mostram a porcentagem (ou "MAX" no cap).
